Screenshot of checkout confirmation message
Some libraries using hourly loans have closing times past midnight, such as
1am. When ConsiderLibraryHoursInCirculation is being used and a library has a
closing time past midnight, a checkout confirmation message appears (see
screenshot) and provides the option for a due date to be specified, as if it is
not allowed by circulation rules (even if allowed).
To Test:
1. In Administration > Libraries, set library hours in such a way that the
closing time is past midnight (ex: 1am)
2. Set ConsiderLibraryHoursInCirculation system preference to "shorten the loan
period and set the checkout to be due at the library's close time".
3. Confirm that a circulation rule for the patron category/item type exists in
Administration > Circulation and fine rules
4. Navigate to a patron account and check out an item with an hourly loan
period - note the checkout confirmation message that appears
