To reproduce:
Check out an item belonging to Library A when logged in at library A
Set your logged in library to be library B
Go to the checkout table within the patron's account
Check in the item using the tickboxes in the Checkin column
The usual in transit pop-up message alerting you to the transfer does not
appear
Check the catalogue record - the book has a status of in transit to Library A
Repeat the test but check in the item from the check in option in the search
bar - pop-up message does display
The transfer is missed and the item will go back on the shelves at Library B.
Tested on 24.11.00 and 23.11.08
