To replicate:
1. Edit a bibliographic record.
2. Click on the tag editor for a 650$a
3. Search for the authority in the modal authority search box.
4. Choose edit authority next to a search result.
5. The authority editor opens, click on replace via z39.50.
6. See the heading is auto-filled in the subject field in the z39.50 modal
search box.
Repeat the steps but substitute with a 651$a. See that the subject field does
not auto-fill with a geographic heading.
