It would be nice if the OAI-PMH harvester could create items.
For example it is useful if a library harvest records describing online
documents, and if it used to create items for online documents created locally
(it could be necessary for interoperability with some discovery tools for
instance)
If this feature is added, we must take care of what happens
- if the harvested record is deleted due to a status change in the OAI server
(if the record status switch to "deleted")
- if the harvested record is modified
- if the items are modified or deleted within Koha (maybe it should be
forbidden?)
