OPACVirtualCard and OPACVirtualCardBarcode are currently in the OPAC >
Suggestions section. This doesn't make sense, as this section groups together
preferences related to purchase suggestions.
OPACVirtualCard and OPACVirtualCardBarcode should be moved to a more relevant
section with the OPAC preferences, likely Features.
