Summary: Placing a request with partner libraries does not
return you to the ILL request

To replicate the issue:
- In the ILL module, click on a new request to get to the Manage ILL request
screen.
- Click Place request with partners.
- In the Place request with partner libraries screen, select a partner library
and click "Send email" at the bottom.
In version 23.11, clicking "Send email" returned you to the Manage ILL request
screen and updated the request status to "Requested with partners". However, in
24.11, though the request status does get updated in the background, you stay
on the Place request with partner libraries screen after clicking "Send email".
This is not user-friendly. It is also confusing for library staff as it looks
like nothing happened and the request wasn't sent.
