The currently required version of "0.21" for List::MoreUtils in the cpanfile is
woefully out of date.
As noted on bug 26744, we now require at least version 0.423 since we're now
using the "zip6" function.
While Debian/Ubuntu packages already carry suitable versions, it's good to keep
track of this for people who install from CPAN.
