If a renewal limit is reached then a staff member cannot override this renewal
(or do anything) from the Loans area in the patron record. Instead they have to
copy the item barcode and then paste into Renew tab in Circulation and manually
override each item's renewal.
This is time consuming and fiddly for staff.
We would like to see an option to renew from patron's loan area with an option
to override by the staff member.
