The Documentation team has decided (please don't ask me to go through our meeting minutes to check when exactly!) that the FAQ chapter was not fit for purpose anymore. We will slowly empty it by moving content to the relevent Manual chapters and deleting what is clearly out of date. We have also agreed that the more technical information usually belongs in the Wiki. See https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Documentation_-_Content_Development_Guide#Koha_Manual_vs._Koha_Wiki It will be up to whoever picks up this bug to review the particular section you highlight.
