To reproduce:
1. Make sure your logged in user has a primary email address
2. Search for an item and go to the Items tab
3. Set the item as Bookable
4. Place a booking for this item
5. Go to your account and to the Notices tab
6. Click the notice to view it
7. See there is a space between your user's name and the comma following it,
like this "Dear koha (42) ,"
