There are some elements on the OPAC user pages that don’t have sufficient color
contrast. This issue affects elements on pages such as Checkout History, Holds
History, and Interlibrary Loan Requests. This issue invalidates WCAG 1.4.3: The
visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least
4.5:1. 
We can maybe improve this by increasing the contrast between the text color and
the background
