It looks like "C4::MarcModificationTemplates::ModifyRecordsWithTemplate" isn't
used in Koha.
Instead "C4::MarcModificationTemplates::ModifyRecordWithTemplate" (notice the
singular Record in the function name) is used throughout Koha.
