This patch add role="status" in the message tag of the Messaging page (opac-messaging) Test plan: 1. Enable the following preference system: EnhancedMessagingPreferencesOPAC and TranslateNotices 2. Log in to a patron account and click on messaging in the user menu. Change your messaging settings/ A message should appear "Settings updated". Inspect the html code and notice that there is a role='status' in the message tag.
