Now fingers crossed that it actually fixes the problems you folk have had. It should fix it. I can't say for sure what values your libraries had in the sysprefs, but that's the clearest answer within Koha. If that patch doesn't fix it, then I'd say there's an issue with the PCs being used. Perhaps some software on it that is triggering reloads every second.
