We are experiencing an issue with SIP2 in Koha. When we send a request to
retrieve patron information,or even checkout the response returns AFInvalid
cardnumber, and the logs show that the system cannot satisfy constraints like
cardnumber, userid, and borrowernumber.
However, item information requests work correctly, and the SIP2 connection and
authentication are confirmed to be successful.
The cardnumber we use exists in the Koha borrowers table, and the SIP2 account
is configured properly. It seems that the cardnumber value is not being passed
or recognized correctly during patron lookup.
We need assistance in identifying the cause of this issue and how to resolve
it.
