It would be nice if messages on a patron account were labeled to show whether
the message is an OPAC note or an internal staff message. They have different
formatting (internal staff messages are red and bold while OPAC messages are
not), but it's not obvious that the different formatting indicates different
types of messages, or which is which. Staff may want to know which messages are
visible to the patron and which aren't, so it would be nice if it was easier to
tell at a glance.
