KTD Steps to reproduce :
1 - Edit CPL branch.
2 - Click on add html content
3 - Create a page on default language, Display Location: OpacLibraryInfo,
Library, CPL, publicationdate: 1/07/2025
4 - Click on add html content again -> you go to the correct page. Edit the EN
page.
5 - Click on add html content again -> you are on "New html customisation", not
on the page you want to edit
