As of now we have two options for Enrollment periods for patron categories:
1) A specified number of months
2) A fixed date
We want our childrencategory patrons to expire when they reach their Upperage
limit (currently 16 years/192 months), irrespective of how long or short time
they have been patrons.
So, therefore we suggest three options for enrollment periods:
1) A specified number of months
2) A fixed date
3) When Upperage limit is reached
