All takes_days fields in the message_attributes table are set to zero, and
there is no documented method to reset these. When set to one, the takes_days
allows you to set the "Days in Advance"
I cannot find a way to activate this for the "Advance Notice" message type
without manually altering the table to reset takes_days from zero to one. A
system preference would allow this to be set through the Koha interface.
