It would be helpful to have a feature to provide data fields directly from
COUNTER statistics directly into the Manual upload space in the Data providers
in eUsage.
If files are not formatted correctly, the data gets rejected. If there were a
template to fill out to manually enter this data, rather than upload via CSV,
it would eliminate some errors in formatting.
