For people who'd like to build the manual locally, the README is missing an
important information: cloning the repo.
It is mentioned here
https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Editing_the_Koha_Manual#Setup but not
anywhere in the README.
It might be obvious to people using git often, but it's really not obvious.
