Header_search
Bug 39421 was recently fixed to make the date input field (and date picker)
show on Circulation > Renew. However, when using the Renew feature in the
header_search across the top of the page the Settings icon / date input field
(and date picker) does not appear, limiting functionality to select a suitable
date.
