Thanks for this note Michael! This is a great point, and the suggestion for a view all button is very helpful. Taking your feedback here into consideration, we've added a new permission that would give a user access to managing limits on reports, and a button that will enable superlibrarians and users with this permission to toggle between viewing all reports and viewing only reports that match the user's current branch.
