With OpacRenewalAllowed turned off, users cannot see whether items on their
account have holds or renewals remaining. We've turned this syspref off since
turning on automatic renewals, but users have told us they used that
information to decide what to read or watch first. It would be nice to have
this information in the user's checked out items table, even with no "Renewal"
column.
