Preliminary dev plan:
A) When the 'Run now' button is clicked, perform a request that fetches the
first_month_available and last_month_available of a provider.
B) Ensure the flatpickr data range selectors only allow a data selection based
on A) .e.g disable all dates that fall outside of the available range.
