When adding a new tab to Suggestions management via the SUGGEST_STATUS
authorised value, if the code is longer than 10 characters the tab label will
read Status unknown. (Code was SUB_WISHLIST but inspecting the tab showed
truncation: tabname="SUB_WISHLI" aria-controls="SUB_WISHLI_panel" ). Keeping
the code to 10 characters or fewer allows the tab to use the description set in
the SUGGEST_STATUS authorised value.
