Filtering reports by the koha version they work with allows for better
relevance in search and discovery of reports from mana.
The information of working/not working is not absolute : it is generated from
mana, with the script from
https://gitlab.com/koha-community/koha-mana/-/merge_requests/19
The script tests each report with empty runtime arguments on the database from
each of the latest versions.
The script don't take into account the marcflavour parameter, to allow
librarian to get report from the other marcflavour and adapt it to the other
one.
The idea is to only have the reports that are tested for the database schema of
the present version of koha.
