Looking at the TT plugin directory I notice we have some plugins that seem to
do the same thing:
KohaAuthorisedValues.pm
AuthorisedValues.pm
KohaBranchName.pm
Branches.pm
Also, it would be nice to add a usage example as documentation to the surviving
plugins.
