The selection of columns for display page for Guided Reports was updated in
25.05, condensing the column selections to drop down boxes. However, when the
page loads the columns briefly flash on the screen and then disappear. The
screen is left with two blank boxes and some misaligned text for Add or Delete.
It is not clear what the user should do next and, in fact, appears like a
browser malfunction or bug. It would help to align the selection boxes with the
Add/Delete links. And it would help if the selection boxes had a drop down
arrow and text that says, "Please make selections..." or something similar.
To Replicate:
1. Go to the Reports Module.
2. Select Guided Reports.
3. Begin the process to build a report. For example, select the Patrons module,
click next. Choose tabular and click next for Pick a report type.
Notice as the page loads for Select columns for display, the table selections
flash on the screen and then disappear. It would be nice if there was helper
text for the user.
