When OpacSuppression is enabled and a biblio has opac_suppressed set to 1, the endpoint now returns a 404 (Not Found) response instead of exposing the bibliographic record. Test plan: 1. Apply patch 2. Run: prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/biblios.t 3. Verify all tests pass, including the new OpacSuppression subtest 4.
