We have a similar workflow for INNReach and Rapido backends, but it would be nice as an option for the standard backend: I've but the standard equivilents/closest in () - B_ITEM_REQUESTED (NEW) Item is requested to the owning library - B_ITEM_SHIPPED (REQ) Item is shipped (record and item are created, hold placed for patron, pickup location is home/holding library of item or the branch we have set for ILL patrons) - B_ITEM_RECEIVED (AVA) Item has been received. We don't separately use CKH, we just treat it like any other hold. - B_ITEM_IN_TRANSIT (RET) Item has been returned and put in transit.
