If this is added non-English libraries will have to also add translations. This feels backwards for a template that should be provided translated out of the box. Could we handle it like OpacMaintenance? We have a default in the template, that can be overwritten if needed with your own text/styling. Nothing would change for updating libraries, no disruptions, no extra work. But it would still be customizable if needed.
