Inconsistency. While work has been done in bug 16282 to make usernames case
sensitive, that work is not completed. When we opened a new library and set up
a new SIP user today (and had our suport company add the user to sipconfig.xml)
we soon discovered that this file is case sensitive for both usernames and
passwords.
