Navigation issue: "Resources" are difficult to access: a resource (ex:
eholdings/local/resources/1) can only be accessed in one way (Packages > list
of resources), not from the title linked to the resource.
From the resource's breadcrumb, you can go back to the title, but then you
cannot find the resource again.
