I get the same error whether I choose Revert or Cancel and whether I'm marking the item lost from the Items tab or the full item edit screen. Programming error - No CSRF token passed for POST http://localhost:8081/intranet/catalogue/updateitem.pl (referer: http://localhost:8081/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/additem.pl?biblionumber=344) Bib-level holds worked as expected.
