There are times when one may wish to add or remove cash from the cash register
mid-trading session. We should allow this with buttons on the point of sale
page.
Reasons you may wish to do this are when you may want to move cash from one
register to another to make up a float in which case you would remove cash from
one and add cash to another.. other reasons may be when you want staff to be
able to pay a small bill for goods out of the cash register amounts.
