On the left side of the patron page is patroninfo, that includes the patron's
age in parenthesis. class = age_years
In a patron search there is agehint.
These are calculated differently and if the patron's dateofbirth is tomorrow
this can lead to inconsistencies between the two.
We should calculate a patron's age in a standard way instead of using 2
different sets of logic.
