When accessing the staff interface on an iPad using Safari, the icons that
appear above the tables on the following pages do not display:
--Holds to Pull
--Holds Queue
--Holds Awaiting Pickup
This includes the table settings / column visibility icon (DataTables
controls).
When the same pages are viewed in Safari on a desktop/laptop computer, the
icons appear as expected. This appears to be specific to iPad Safari, possibly
related to CSS viewport rules, icon font loading, or DataTables responsiveness.
