The acquisitions log shows when orders are created and received (as long as the
receipt isn't via imported EDI invoice; see bug 41389), but it doesn't show
when receipt is cancelled for an order. If receipt is cancelled and then the
order is later received again, the log will show two receipts but still no
cancellation in between. This limits the log's utility for troubleshooting.
