If the view_borrower_infos_from_any_libraries permission is not given to a
staff member, all patron's files from other libraries will be hidden. But in
some case, it would be interesting to be able to hide only the patrons from
specific categories.
Let's say someone works in a school district. The students are not allowed to
checkout books from other schools but the school staff like the teachers can.
In that case, we don't want the library staff to see the other school's
student's files, but they need to be able to see the teacher's files.
Could a system preference could be use for that ? Something like
"CategoriesForViewBorrowerPermission" and we would have a menu such as the one
in BatchCheckoutsValidCategories preference. In my example, we would only
choose the teacher's category.
