Pondering more on Christophers initial question I think indeed that that a FRBRization would attack the root of the problem. Say, if we could construct a "virtual" record that takes the items of the individual regular and large print records and displays them as "one thing" all describing parts could live on their proper location and the management issues he described fall apart. They become pretty straight forward as it's obvious that branch X does not have the required large print as it doesn't show up on the large prints record and the large prints record knows that X actually has the well used regular print edition and a high demand for the large prints via transfers. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
