To replicate:
1. Edit an item on a bibliographic record. This should pull up the Add/edit
item form with a table of the items at the top of the page.
2. Click on Columns and hide some of the columns. See that the columns hide.
Click on the columns to restore what was hidden.
3. Now click on Configure. Click on a few columns to hide by default and save.
4. Refresh the add/edit item page and see that no changes are applied to the
table at the top of the screen. The columns selected to be hidden by default
continue to display.
