See: https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Coding_Guidelines#HTML4:_Upper_and_lower_cases_in_strings To test, apply the patch and go to Administration -> EDI accounts. - Click "New account" - The headings for each section of the form should have correct capitalization.
