FilterSearchResultsByLoggedInBranch allows you to toggle from all items vs
local items in search results. The selection is then remembered by
localStorage. That choice is then forgotten upon logout.
Some libraries need to be able to set the default display that will never
change, ie. ignoring localStorage.
