We have a six-branch system which means that the person cancelling a waiting hold is very often not at the branch where the hold is located. Since Koha considers an item as Available as soon as the hold is cancelled, if someone forgets to alert the staff at the branch with the hold, no one will know that the item needs to get pulled and checked in. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
