I think maybe we can go with this as is. It is certainly fixing the problem for
many. Why it persists for Marcel, I don't know. We've added similar CSS to many
sites via IntranetUserCSS ( mentioned in comment #11 ) and no one has
complained about adverse side effects. 

I will mark this back to 'Signed off'. Maybe one of the David's can put a QA
stamp here? :)
