The complete disconnect between the quick spine label link enabled by
SpineLabelShowPrintOnBibDetails and the cataloging module label creator is
confusing to many librarians. The option to quickly print a one-off label in
the established template/layout is handy, and it can be done from the Edit item
form via the Actions menu, but that's already two clicks in.
It would be nice if the SpineLabelShowPrintOnBibDetails, instead of just being
an on-off toggle, could have an additional option to be 'Show button and use
label creator tool.' That would tie together the two functions for libraries
who want to do so without introducing a new system preference, and the
libraries who want to continue to use the on-the-fly formatting of the tool as
it exists could continue to do so.
