Hi, I've rebased the patches on top of TidyKoha.

They now apply but there are still problems that need to be addressed

1. "Please enter up to 6 digits before the decimal and 2 digits after" does not
specify which character must be used as a decimal separator (the . and not ,).
The original Bug report states "Koha should inform/warn that the value
including comma is not accepted." and I think that is an important piece of
information in countries that normally use a comma as a decimal separator
character.
2. When modifying an item and entering an invalid value to $v, the input
element and its label are pushed to the left when the error message is shown.
They must stay where they were before the error was shown.

Out of scope for this Bug title but this same thing should be fixed for
subfield $g "Cost, normal purchase price".
