Bug 31698 added the ability to move a bib-level hold to a new target biblio,
but requires to user to enter the biblionumber of the new target.
In Bug 41124 I've suggested adding a catalog search to the workflow of moving a
hold to a new bib.
As an alternative (possibly simpler) option, it would be good to allow the user
to enter an item barcode rather than a biblionumber. The hold would be moved to
the biblio to which the item is attached.
