In the manual, we currently explain what the "Fine Grace Period" in the
circulation rules does, but do not explain if the period you enter is
controlled by finesCalendar (which AFAIK it is).
So if you set finesCalendar to "Use the calendar", the period you enter in
"Fine Grace Period" will also use the calendar.
We should add a sentence explaining that.
